STEM: I can build it!
Sponsor/Advisor: Ms. Vargas & Ms. Hobbie
Requirements: Students will dive into hands-on adventures that spark creativity, sharpen problem-solving skills, and bring math concepts to life. As they build, tinker, and experiment, they strengthen hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and curiosity. Every project turns them into mini engineers—planning, designing, and inventing.
Meetings: Monday (1st & 2nd Grade), Tuesday (Kindergarten)

Gardening

Requirements: Young growers dig into the wonders of nature! Students will learn hands-on skills, explore science in the soil, and discover the joy of growing plants—all while making new friends and getting a little messy!

Creative Writing

Requirements: Creative writing is any writing that goes outside the bounds of normal professional, journalistic, academic, or technical forms of literature, typically identified by an emphasis on narrative craft, character development, and the use of literary tropes or with various traditions of poetry and poetics.

Board Games and Puzzles

Requirements: Board games make learning fun! While students roll the dice and make moves, they’re also working together, asking questions, and thinking hard. These games aren’t just fun—they help build important skills and bring classroom lessons to life through play and teamwork!

Owlet Pep Squad

Requirements: Get ready to show your school spirit! The Owlet Pep Squad is all about learning awesome cheer and dance moves, building confidence, and having a blast with friends. Invitation Only through try-outs. This is a year-long club, and additional fees will apply.

Requirements: This club offers students the opportunity to expand their strategic knowledge and critical thinking skills by providing a safe, fun and friendly location and atmosphere to gather and play. Students will play a variety of games which include board games, puzzles, bowling, ring toss, bingo and much more.

Requirements: This fun fitness program mixes Latin-inspired dance moves with catchy music, so you can jump, twist, and spin your way to a healthier you! It’s all about moving your body, having a blast, and building energy—Zumba will get your heart pumping and your feet moving!

Requirements: Unleash your creativity on fabric! Our club brings together artists, hobbyists, and curious beginners to explore the vibrant world of textile design. From traditional block printing and tie-dye to modern fabric painting and surface embellishment, members experiment with techniques that turn plain cloth into works of art.
