STEM: I can build it!

Requirements: STEM gives students the opportunity to be creative, problem solve, develop math concepts, develop hand eye coordination, develop fine motor skills, and develop inquiry skills. When students are building, they are little Engineers planning, designing, and creating amazing things!

Requirements: The club offers students the opportunity to expand their strategic knowledge and critical thinking skills by providing a safe, fun and friendly location and atmosphere to gather and play. Students will play a variety of games which include board games, puzzles, bowling, ring toss, bingo and much more.

Requirements: Board games promote collaboration, inquiry, and critical thinking. By using games that support the curriculum, educators can give students opportunities to experience play, while at the same time promoting student achievement.

Owlet Pep Squad
Sponsor/Advisor: Ms. McGhee
Requirements: Owlets pep squad will be focused on cheer and dance. Pep squad will teach the owlets cheer and dance fundamentals. Invitation Only through try-outs. This is a year-long club and additional fees will apply.

Requirements: This club gives students the opportunity to improve their overall health and wellness by participating in fitness/yoga games, strength training, and cardiovascular activities. Students will learn a variety of ways to reach individual wellness goals.

Creative Writing Club

Requirements: Creative writing is any writing that goes outside the bounds of normal professional, journalistic, academic, or technical forms of literature, typically identified by an emphasis on narrative craft, character development, and the use of literary tropes or with various traditions of poetry and poetics.

Origami Club
Sponsor/Advisor: Ms. Mericle
Requirements: Students will participate in the unique art form of paper folding. Origami has many benefits such as developing hand-eye coordination, imagination, attention, patience, and problem-solving; plus it's fun! So join us as we transform paper into 3-D figures such as penguins, frogs, butterflies, and more!

Requirements: Student Council gives students an opportunity to develop leadership skills by organizing and carrying out school activities and service projects. The Student Council is the voice of the student body. This is a year-long club.
